I have been in love with painting since I could hold a pencil in my hand. Having learned painting at Mahmood Samandarian’s art studio, a great Persian watercolorist, I experienced painting with colored pencil, pastel and watercolor, but what attracted me most, was watercolor and its transparency and glow. My works include a variety of subjects from still life to lively and busy markets, and landscapes that shape the colorful world around us.
